Oftentimes, renting an instrument or PA system fits a budget better than purchasing it outright. That’s why The Player’s Bench offers outstanding rental programs for band instruments, PA Systems, Speakers, Amps, Lighting Equipment, Keyboards, Guitars, Signal Processing Equipment, and Wireless Microphone Systems.
SOUND & LIGHTING RENTALS
The Player’s Bench offers sound system and lighting equipment rentals. Price rates are for one day. Each additional day is half of the regular price. We also offer a quantity discount as follows:

Rentals are to be picked up between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm Monday - Friday or between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm on Saturday. They must be returned before 3:00 pm Monday - Friday, or before 12:00 pm on Saturday. We require that the person renting be at least 21 years old, and have a License/State ID, and a valid major credit card. Rentals should be reserved ahead of time. Reservations can be made at the store or over the phone.
